1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the tq999 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino products, and any related features or tools made available at https://tq999.club (collectively, the "Platform"). They apply to all registered players and to any individual who browses or interacts with any part of the Platform without registration.

tq999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of a player's relationship with the Platform. This may include government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, or other verification materials. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be provided will be suspended pending resolution, and no withdrawals will be processed until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) tq999 account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tq999 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed and associated balances voided.

tq999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from tq999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tq999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional bank transfer options are available for Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank account holders.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the tq999 Platform — whether on sports markets (cricket, football, American football, kabaddi, and other disciplines) or casino games (slots, live casino, crash games) — are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that market or game, as well as these overarching Terms.

Key rules governing sports betting on tq999:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format. The stated odds at the time a bet is confirmed represent the final odds for that wager, subject to any subsequent void or settlement adjustments permitted under these Terms.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tq999 may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring the account to be closed.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, tq999 reserves the right to retain any funds that were the product of the prohibited conduct and to offset any costs or losses incurred by the Platform as a result of the breach.
